They've had my new watch for almost a year to fix a broken clasp. They still say they're waiting on stuff to fix it. It was a brand new watch. Worn twice.

I had to bring my wedding ring in for repair, and also pick out an anniversary band to go with it. Sunny was the best! She was the first one to greet me when I walked in the store , and was so patient and thoroughly explained everything to me! And when my rings came back to the store about 3 weeks later, Sunny shared my excitement when I came to pick them up! They were absolutely beautiful! And I am so happy with them every time I look at them! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

Diane was great to work with. Had some issues with earrings I purchased for my wife. She switched them out, but my wife did not like the color difference when swapped. She ordered a new set and exchanged without any hassle. We all know that old saying, happy wife, happy life.
