I had a disappointing experience at this store. There was a lady working there who appeared to be of Asian background shs around 50 to 60 years old, and she was not friendly or helpful. Helpful staff and good experience overall
I took my ring here because one of my diamonds fell out of my wedding ring. I went in for surgery and couldn't get it off at the time so they tapped over it and when I got home the diamond came off with the tape. BLESSING! They informed me that my big center diamond was also lose and that several of my diamonds needed to be repronged. I have had my ring for about 24 years and have never done that because I didnt know you were supposed to do that. Yikes!
