Poor customer service went in for watch resizing on 12/27/24 @around 5pm that I bought at fred meyers previously staff didn't want or seem to help us because it was sizing. Mono tone voice kept passing on who was going to size it. I also wanted to ask the staff of particular diamond that I have in my mind for purchase 4ctw center stone but did not get acknowledged. Maybe they thought I didn't have money to spend which I did and wanted to update my ring, unfortunately I'll be looking at elsewhere. Lost sale

I brought in a ring that was purchased for me 7 years ago. Something on it was catching threads, etc. I assumed it was a clasp and it would need repair. The woman working at the time was rude from the get-go. She said if I had been bringing my ring in every year to have it inspected, like everyone else does, a repair would be covered. Okay.
