Took two rings for repair to the CDA store. Both Rings were bad. They chipped the stone on one ring and polished off the design on the other. They did call and offer me to come in and see what they can do I just don't trust that they can't do more damage.
This store is horrible. They do not carry a lot of watch bands and refer you no place and will not order any new watch bands when they run out. I was treated horribly and like crap on 7/11/2015. All I needed was two watch bands and they said over and over and over we cannot help you and will never ever ever never ever never ever get any more watch bands in and hate watch bands. Went in and my fiance and I bought a large diamond from eh east wenatchee fred meyer jewelers. The quality was of the diamond was the highest of the five stores we went to including costco... the price was the LOWEST of all the stores and the warrantee was the best. Thank you fred meyer for helping me get the perfect ring.

I brought my new engagement ring to Port Orchard Fred Meyer Jewelers to be resized last month. After picking it up & comparing the two rings that were identical prior to dropping them of at P.O.F.M.J. I noticed right away the resized ring is noticeably thinner, the color of the gold is darker, and it has surface indentations all over as well (it looks like a tiny hammer indentations).
