I called to get more information on resizing my engagement ring & spoke to a man on the phone that was extremely rude. I decided to go elsewhere to have my ring worked on. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service.
Beware of the jewelery repair person employed here. I have had a necklace needing repairs twice. Both times I had asked it to be shortened by 2 inches. The first time, the jeweler completely ignored the request. The 2nd time, the jeweler kept my 2 inches of gold chain and did not return! I had to specifically ask for it back and then make an additional trip into town to pick up. I live over 30 mins away and this was beyond frustrating. The people that work there are nice, however I wanted my ring resized and it took over a week longer than I was originally told, then when it was “ready for pick up” the slit where they made it bigger was still there, so I had to wait again until the following week. Just go to a real jeweler.
Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Travis was considerate, knowledgeable, and kind.
