I had a very disappointing experience with store manager James Erickson. I brought my ring in because one of the diamonds had fallen out. I purchased the ring with a lifetime warranty, so I expected someone to help me understand why this happened and what my warranty covered. Much better than the Battleground Fred Meyer location, and a bigger selection than the hazel dell location. Worked with Jessica and she was amazing! She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Would come back here again!
