I took 4 rings in for a quote on some repairs and cleaning, $900! I went to Erik Runyun downtown Vancouver, they did it for $350.
FOUR diamonds have fallen out within a little over a year of having my ring. Thankfully I purchased the warranty and they've been replacing them but, I've had to go without my ring way too many times for repairs for the short time I've had it. They scratched up my new wedding band I had never worn before and blamed it on me. Also had them re-plait rose gold on my ring multiple times and every time the color came off within a day or two. The attached picture shows my ring after 1 day of wearing it after getting it back from the Fred Meyer Jewelers on Tenney Road. Took my ring in for repair as a small diamond fell out. I was inspecting it for another reason and noticed that the one they replaced was significantly smaller than the ones next to it. Difficult to see to the naked eye but under close inspection with magnification shows it clear as day. So, now they're stealing from their customers it seems! Wonder if its even real!
