I’m not really one for google reviews but in this case I can’t not express my absolute disgust in how this place treats there customers. To make a long story short, I bought a ring from them 2 years ago and was informed from them that every November I need to bring it in and have is looked at to keep up the warranty. Customer service here is absolutely terrible and rude. I purchased this bracelet from Fred Meyer Jewelers, along with many other pieces in the past, and needed it shortened by an inch and replated with black rhodium. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still don’t have it back. I’ve been told multiple times it would be ready on certain days, but each time that turns out not to be true. I took my ring into the Salmon Creek location for resizing and would like to provide feedback on my experience. I did not purchase the ring at Fred Meyer Jewelers, but based on community recommendations I brought my brand new ring in for resizing. First, I would like to note that my ring still does not fit and is too big. Went in today for wedding bands for my fiance & myself & was greeted by Anne. She was phenomenal to work with. Such a kind & caring person. Really wanted to get to know us. Was very tentative to needs & patient. Loved the experience today! Thank you for making this part of the journey less stressful!
Every time I come in here, service takes FOREVER. Don’t come if you’re looking for anything close to quick or efficient.
