I took my ring into the Salmon Creek location for resizing and would like to provide feedback on my experience. I did not purchase the ring at Fred Meyer Jewelers, but based on community recommendations I brought my brand new ring in for resizing. First, I would like to note that my ring still does not fit and is too big. Went in today for wedding bands for my fiance & myself & was greeted by Anne. She was phenomenal to work with. Such a kind & caring person. Really wanted to get to know us. Was very tentative to needs & patient. Loved the experience today! Thank you for making this part of the journey less stressful!

Had a alteration done. When I was there, I looked at a few pieces and found one I that really caught my eye . I told a sales person I would think about it this weekend ,Didn't seem to hear , I would think about it . I really wanted item but didn't buy because she was too pushy..
Salmon creek location: Terrible watch repair guy. Saw me and completely ignored me. Just kept talking to another guy about the war in Ukraine.
