They scratched up my new wedding band I had never worn before and blamed it on me. Also had them re-plait rose gold on my ring multiple times and every time the color came off within a day or two. The attached picture shows my ring after 1 day of wearing it after getting it back from the Fred Meyer Jewelers on Tenney Road. Took my ring in for repair as a small diamond fell out. I was inspecting it for another reason and noticed that the one they replaced was significantly smaller than the ones next to it. Difficult to see to the naked eye but under close inspection with magnification shows it clear as day. So, now they're stealing from their customers it seems! Wonder if its even real!

I’m not really one for google reviews but in this case I can’t not express my absolute disgust in how this place treats there customers. To make a long story short, I bought a ring from them 2 years ago and was informed from them that every November I need to bring it in and have is looked at to keep up the warranty. Not once was it mentioned that I had to bring it in before the date of purchase. Customer service here is absolutely terrible and rude. I purchased this bracelet from Fred Meyer Jewelers, along with many other pieces in the past, and needed it shortened by an inch and replated with black rhodium. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still don’t have it back. I’ve been told multiple times it would be ready on certain days, but each time that turns out not to be true. I took my ring into the Salmon Creek location for resizing and would like to provide feedback on my experience. I did not purchase the ring at Fred Meyer Jewelers, but based on community recommendations I brought my brand new ring in for resizing. First, I would like to note that my ring still does not fit and is too big. When I picked it up and tried it on in the store, I asked the sales associate if it was resized to a 5.5 and she confirmed that it was resized.
