Ruined my watch band. First you have to deal with the higher than though attitude. Then the accusation that the watch band I gave them was not for the watch. (It came with the watch and I actually took the band on and off without a problem). Then they put the bracket clasp on upside down. Which I had to fix when I got home. And then to top it off, they put two link pins in the wrong way. They are suppose to screw in. One pin they forced in the wrong way completely stripping screw. The staff seemed more focused on managing their own drama than actually helping us. If you want attentive, friendly service, you might want to look elsewhere. Feels like there’s a lot going on behind the scenes that customers don’t see and not in a good way. On top of that, they were way too pushy and forceful. This place isn’t being managed well.
Go see Leidy! My daughter got her first diamonds and gold and Leidy was so sweet! She made the experience so memorable and fun! She took pictures for us and we got a great deal on our purchases we will be returning customers!
