Nice people working at the department but, sent my ring out for repair to get a pearl reset as it fell out and it may be my fault for not looking at it more when they handed it to me (so I could say something about it) but, really the people who worked on my ring didn't do a good job. The pearl is set outta place, they dented in my ring even more than before and did not polish it as I clearly asked for. Not gonna get help from here again. I went to fred Meyer jeweler's with my mom and had a horrible experience. The sales associate Justin was cold, rude and kept changing the price on the ring we wanted without explanation. He would barely talk to us and when he did he was rude and demeaning, me and my mom (who's in a wheelchair) felt like he was judging us and not expecting us to buy anything.
