I went in on 1/23/26. I talked to Ashley we found a diamond stone to attach to my wife's wedding ring. The stone was a very good price but she was having "computer issues." She said her manger would be in by 10:00am. I came back and spoke with the manager and basically double the price of the diamond. Not cool walked away. Definitely will take our jewelry else where.
I have nothing good to say about this specific location, I wanted to have a piece redone, and the clerk did everything she could to talk me out of it. Then just recently I needed the large stone reset, it is a citrine and diamond pendant, the clerk asked if the diamond was real, my answer was yes!!! He put no on the receipt, I was told when the CDA FRED MEYER JEWLER and I talked they estimated the original piece at $5k, he put 1k. Do not use S Thor Fred Meyer Jewler for anything more than cleaning!!!
Took my G-Shock watch in to be repaired because it was under warranty. all that needed to be done was a new band put on. It has been over 3 months and still I have not received my watch back. Every time I contact them or go in they say it's still at the watchsmith. I am very disappointed with their repair service. And their ability to get your things back.
