We bought my wedding ring here 14 years ago and at the time it was 50% off. We paid 1200 for it and never had issues until last year the band broke. They quoted me 1100 to repair it, and valued it at 1400. They said I remember wrong that I bought it on sale. I've had the batteries in my watch replaced here several times. I went in today and was told they have issues with Swiss Army style watches and that they wouldn't be able to help. I asked what issues and the answer was a blank stare. Boy am I glad they turned me down. I know they just didn't want to bother because I found a GEM of a jeweler that I will be using from here on out. Gemworks Fine Jewelers is up on Regal and it took him 3 minutes, in and out. They charged us twice for our purchase and despite having bank screenshot of the transactions, still has not refunded our money. We've went in multiple times and they have excuses every time. No manager, money will be returned monday, come back if its not refunded, not reading the screen right. You name it. Double check your purchases! We never had problems until now. Still haven't refunded. We've been repeat customer's for years. We'll never go here again, highly don't recommend.

I went in on 1/23/26. I talked to Ashley we found a diamond stone to attach to my wife's wedding ring. The stone was a very good price but she was having "computer issues." She said her manger would be in by 10:00am. I came back and spoke with the manager and basically double the price of the diamond. Not cool walked away. Definitely will take our jewelry else where.

I have nothing good to say about this specific location, I wanted to have a piece redone, and the clerk did everything she could to talk me out of it. Then just recently I needed the large stone reset, it is a citrine and diamond pendant, the clerk asked if the diamond was real, my answer was yes!!! He put no on the receipt, I was told when the CDA FRED MEYER JEWLER and I talked they estimated the original piece at $5k, he put 1k. Do not use S Thor Fred Meyer Jewler for anything more than cleaning!!!
