My mother & I went in on Saturday with one of my rings that had a stone that had popped out and asked if they could help with figuring out how to fix it. One of the jewelers Thomas not only walked through the store with my mom to help us find a glue to fix it, but told us step by step how to use it and how to practice before doing it ourselves. Terrible experience. Went to get ring cleaned and they said they couldn't because a prong was bent. We took it to a jeweler whose been doing this for 40 years and he thoroughly looked it over and determined everything was fine. I don't know if they are trying to just boost their numbers or if the individual just didn't want to clean the ring. Very disappointed
