Terrible experience. Went to get ring cleaned and they said they couldn't because a prong was bent. We took it to a jeweler whose been doing this for 40 years and he thoroughly looked it over and determined everything was fine. I don't know if they are trying to just boost their numbers or if the individual just didn't want to clean the ring. Very disappointed
Buying jewelry should not result in you feeling bad about yourself. Went in for an amethyst ring, the lady asked my name then proceeded to call me sir.
Went in for a repair and were told that it'd take a half hour to complete. Half hour later and it was done as expected.
