The last 2 times I've been in to have my ring cleaned it was left dirty. This time it came out even dirtier. Only the beautiful lady that works there pays attention to detail.
I'm leaving this review specifically in regards to my experience with Krystal Phillips. She is by far the kindest jeweler I've interacted with. Impeccable customer service, all around great gal. Even if this paticular Fred Meyer is out of the way, I'd make a special trip just to have her help with your jewelery needs!
