Kind people but definitely understaffed. I brought a watch in for repair, and got a call to pick it up. The gentleman that helped me was so polite and when I went there that day, there were three people working and I remember specifically thinking that I had had a good experience. Since I got the call to pick it up, I have been by multiple times and there is usually only one person working with a line of people, and because I usually go on my way to somewhere else I don't have time to wait for 30 minutes to an hour.But the p... read more

Patrice was horrible towards us. Rude, dismissive, demeaning, and pointed to me right in the face. Her tone, word choice, and body language were aggressive and scary. Ridiculous. The watch repairman is wonderful at his craft. We will come back for watch servicing, but only if Ryan or one of the girls are there to help out. Patrice, you need to chill. You singlehandedly made the environment MISERABLE.
My wife and I have purchased 2 items from Fred Meyer jewelers and Patrice has helped us both times. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We always enjoy having her help us.
Terrible customer service. Said you would be right back to help me, proceeded to dink around behind the counters directly in front of me for 5 minutes, until some newly-arriving rando asked you for "something real quick." She cut in my place, and YOU let her, because you clearly did NOT want to help me! I should have gotten your name so I can file an official complaint! Am I invisible to you???
