I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Fred Meyer Jewelers. I came in alone and was patiently waiting to be helped. I was there before several couples who walked in after me, yet I was repeatedly overlooked. At least four different employees asked if I was being helped. Each time, I explained that I wasn’t, and they assured me someone would be right with me. Kind people but definitely understaffed. I brought a watch in for repair, and got a call to pick it up. The gentleman that helped me was so polite and when I went there that day, there were three people working and I remember specifically thinking that I had had a good experience. Since I got the call to pick it up, I have been by multiple times and there is usually only one person working with a line of people, and because I usually go on my way to somewhere else I don't have time to wait for 30 minutes to an hour.But the p... read more
Their prices on jewelry repair is extremely astonishing! And don’t forget this is before tax! NO THANK YOU!! NEXT!!! UPDATE: I went to ABC jewelers downtown Portland and paid 240$ for everything!! Thank me later
Patrice was horrible towards us. Rude, dismissive, demeaning, and pointed to me right in the face. Her tone, word choice, and body language were aggressive and scary. Ridiculous. The watch repairman is wonderful at his craft. We will come back for watch servicing, but only if Ryan or one of the girls are there to help out. Patrice, you need to chill. You singlehandedly made the environment MISERABLE.
My wife and I have purchased 2 items from Fred Meyer jewelers and Patrice has helped us both times. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We always enjoy having her help us.
