Super professional and kind staff that helped me right away! I had to test a diamond to see if it was real and the lady tested it right in front of me super quickly. I was in and out in under 2 minutes, that’s my kind of service right there!

Always professional staff, competitive pricing and quality peices. Biggest complaint, lack of an advanced system, or any system at all for warranty tracking. They do not keep any record so if you lose a PAPER pamphlet you're out of luck. They could at least keep a PAPER log.
