What a piss poor experience. Went in to have a battery replaced. They scratched my watch and said "this kind of thing happens". Then they offered me a free battery in compensation. Then they offered half the value that I spent on the watch. Just the service you would expect from a jewelry store inside a low end grocery store. I would post photos of the scratches on the watch but they still have it. I no longer want anything to do with the watch or the store or the people that work there.
My wife has @50 pieces with the lifetime care plan on them. Though it's very difficult to have inspections on-line for that many pieces or risk sending in the mail, I decided to just fly into SLC to do it in person, plus to possibly purchase more. I talked with Greg (manager) about this beforehand and he was very helpful, especially since I would only be in town a couple of hours.
