I'm going to go straight to the point I was involved in an accident with one of Fred lawyer's insured and the process that I had to deal with with this insurance company was ridiculous. I had to find my own body shop. I had to supply my own rental vehicle and afterwards have to put in for reimbursement of that, the local offices have no adjusters so all the adjusters are in Texas and New York, if you have any compassion toward someone that you get into an accident with, I would recommend you avoid this insurance company like... read more

They have signs posted open on Saturdays but this is 2 weeks in a row I've come They didn't accept cash the first time and now they're closed after making my trip this way it's always something with this company I swear
