Pros: The ONLY reason it gets 2 stars is because the lady who has mostly helped me obtain insurance through Lloya has gone out of her way multiple times to make sure my bases are covered. Cons: I broke down on a very unsafe part of the shoulder of a very busy LA County Freeway. When I contacted "emergency roadside assistance" to get my car towed anywhere off the freeway, I was met with a very confused Filipino lady who didn't know English very well. They force you to pay for options that you don’t need. It clearly state on their website that roadside assistance is optional as well as rental car. They charge you for it and say they cannot be removed. Seems like this company does not care about their customers and won’t make any changes to keep them.
