Received a quote over the phone, was upfront about my job working for DoorDash and was told to come in to pay. When I arrived had to wait 20 minutes and then was told no because I work for DoorDash, even though DoorDash offers its own occupational accident policy while on the clock. Waste of time and terrible customer service.
I am done with Fred Loya! My rates almost doubled this time and I have changed to a new insurance company that gave me full coverage and uninsured motorists for $20 less than Fred loya was charging me for the lowest of State minimum coverage!! Later gators!
