Would not recommend! My car was damaged due to the flood in Pasadena , I went to a mechanic to get it fixed payed 436 out of pocket . Was told there was nothing they can do for me even though I’m paying full coverage insurance also comprehensive that covers flood because I had to wait for an adjuster to inspect my vehicle . when I have proof of the flood and the receipt . was told it’s on my contract that they can’t help me with anything since I didn’t follow protocol and wait for them to inspect my vehicle ! Didn't realize my deductible was 3500 that's why the payments were so low. Then they kept asking for more money because some mistakes were made so I canceled and went to another company. Supposed to have my refund 10 to 15 days and it's been a month now and Everytime I call they say the check was just made. Twice in the last 2 weeks they have told me this.
