My dad has had terrible service from this location with a very rude worker who always makes registration difficult. I have also been on hold for an hour waiting for a simple question to be answered which tells me that the workers are bombarded. I understand you can't directly control customer population, but there has to be another means of getting my questions answered like a dedicated desk worker to answer only calls.
