If I could give them zero stars we would! I work for a finance company who has many customers that have coverage through this carrier. We have been trying to call for 6 days now to verify coverage on mutual customers and everyone is always too busy to do so, and NEVER receive a phone call back from anyone. Very concerning that they are so understaffed and cannot provide coverage info in a timely manner.
Good luck getting ahold of anyone that works for Fred loya they are an absolute joke of an insurance company, took my mother 4 month and an attorney just to get a hold of anyone.
I do not recommend hard to get in touch with!!! I got hit and they won’t even answer my calls or call back so I can make a claim!!! Terrible!!
