The customer service isn’t horrible as in they don’t have an attitude but they don’t know what they are talking about. They told us one thing in person and then they called to tell us we have no insurance just because we canceled the automatic payments. This information wasn’t disclosed to us at all. In fact we payed this last month so we can have insurance ..but then we get the call that we don’t because of the automatic payments. Now they if we want the insurance for this month we have to pay 120 more just to reactivate it... read more

Joanne was very helpful, 10 mins til close Saturday, June 1, 2024, and got me all hooked up with insurance. She did mention she doesn't work and was just filling in.
