This is no longer a fred loya
My husband and I about 2 months ago got a quote from them. We mailed in our check since we were not able to come in at the time. That was May 21, 2024. This check was to pay the total premium. They claimed they have yet to receive it but bank and USPS say otherwise. Yes we sent it with a tracking number. Says they received and cashed it back about 3 weeks ago. It’s July 10th 2024 today. first; they don’t have the Fred loya sign, they still have the previous insurance agency, it’s very confusing. Horrible customer service, definitely never going back there.
