I have been waiting for some settle my case. It’s been since April 1st. All you get is the run around day to day. For this to be a company it sure need to investigate by bbb asap.
I have been dealing with Fred Loya Insurance for a few years now. I absolutely hate the service they're always rude at this location on OST and treat customers that are non Hispanic with total disrespect. It's convenient because its in the neighborhood however for good service its best to travel outside the neighborhood.
