They make it so hard to get pay after an accident. Worse in town. Too bad I can't give. A -100 rating
This is the third time that I try calling to pay for insurance and I get placed on hold for 10+ minutes having to call back to get placed on hold again without an explanation I understand they get busy but it’s a pattern at this point when I do get my insurance paid it’s within 2 mins quick so I don’t understand the inconsistency
As far as customer service goes, their service is great. But beware if you call to get a quote. Soon after you'll start getting so many calls about applying for loans. My guess is that they sell your information!! 😠
Great old school service while still having the best prices around.
