Good place to go for any car or commercial insurance
I had a frustrating experience with Fred Loya Insurance and wouldn’t recommend them based on how my policy was handled. Over time, my monthly premium kept increasing without clear explanation — what started at $70 eventually jumped to $90. Even worse, they changed my due date without notice and charged me before the original date, which caught me off guard and caused unnecessary stress. Horrible insurance company. Had to physically go in to cancel my policy and they still charged my account another month. Staff was friendly enough except for comments made in Spanish they thought I couldn't understand abouy my looks. Really soured the experience even more. Don't do business with this company or branch unless you have no other options. Other insurance can be just as cheap (or cheaper with better more comprehensive coverage) so don't be fooled that their policies are a deal.
