Went in today on Xmas Eve and Luis helped me get insurance and on the road thank you very much for the amazing service!
They need to train their workers more better because I had one take my payment information and told me she was going to process it and update everything only for her to not do that now my policy has been cancelled. Take accountability and document who talks on the phone with costumers. Anyways very unprofessional. Seek another job if you don’t care about what you do you are wasting people’s money and time
Heads up for you guys!!!! Always deny the first offer because they are going to call back and give you a cheaper one. Then you deny that one. You call back again later on, and you get 2 completely different que stionby
