🤩i believe Ms Eboni was new BUT she was still willing TO help you in the last minute this day but she was really a team player because she had to pull hard hold it down fo the company Loya FRED by herself as much as she could because all her co workers was closed for the day bUT 🥸MS EBONI did her team work even till the end customers was still trying to stop in till she was able to lock up safely ..🎈🌺🍎😇so YALl GO up there and get you a nice INSURANCE coverage 🤪🙃😇 🕊️🙏🏼🪑🪑🪑🪑
Horribly understaffed. Wait is 4-5 people deep. No sence of urgency whatsoever! No one answers the phone unless of course you want to pay over the phone on a different number. Then you have to go through 2 people to even pay your bill. Computers are super slow for employees unless they are hard to navigate. Not a good overall experience ever at the Burleson location.
This is the worst company I have dealt with in 50 years. My acct was messed up due to an error that I had made. When my payment failed I asked to come in and take care of it. I was told no that I had to wait until the second attempt failed. I asked them to call me when it returned. I was told that I could pick it up on the 28th. When the check returned they cancelled me. I had a 1500 deductible. Since they canceled me I had to sign a new contract and they raised the deductible to 2000. My payment is due on the 3rd of Novembe... read more
They said not 2 people in same house hold can have 2 diffrent policys and they froze are account so i went with diffrent company they didnt want our buisness i wish this insurence the best but its not for me and my husband i just dont recommend them
