Always friendly just seems the store is closed a lot and doesn’t match their hours online
Definitely don’t recommend Fred Loya and this location specifically. Worked with an agent for 5 hours over the phone which resulted in me not getting insured by frred loya. Agent instructed me to get updated paperwork on my car to prove there wasn’t any recalls with my security system from the manufacturer of my car and upon providing paperwork all of a sudden I actually needed an inspection done instead. Incompetent staff.. They were supposed to sell my daughter full coverage insurance and sold her liability.. I don't know if she got her refund or not yet..
