I've been with fred loya insurance for and I must say the from when I first started my policy with them the customer service was great, now it's very poor they are very very rude and I would not recommend Fred loya insurance company as a whole to anyone
Fred Loya insurance is bankrupt now and I don’t recommend it my financial bank won’t accept this insurance and people don’t know about this company going bankrupt
Would not recommend this location at all. Very rude and not great customer service. My husband came here to make a payment. I asked to use my card for payment since his card wasn’t working. The man that was working with my husband said in a rude voice “ I’m not taking your card you’re not on the policy” Decided to call the main office and was told to go to a different location. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE I have been insured by Fred Loy Insurance for 4-5 years now. When i first got insured with them we went over all the basic information like coverages, and payments and deductibles which were the most important to me so i made sure to get nothing higher then a $500 deductible with a monthly payment i was comfortable with paying. Get away from from here it's the worst!! They never solve the accident that I had!! If you guys had in accident just get a lawyer because this insurance not gonna solve it !!
