HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY!! I have been with fred loya for 3 years paying $262 a month!!!! They did not inform that if I was to get into an accident that they do not cover rental cars! And now that I got hit and my car is in the shop I got informed that fred loya DOES NOT cover car rentals. And because the person that hit me has state farm. State farm has been so amazing even though we are going though claims they are so helpful we are switching insurance companies!!!!!! To STATE FARM!!!!!
They’ve owed me $750 from a collision and refuse to pay.
They are a bunch of criminals. Worst insurance company.
Will charge you extra fee’s if you don’t pay attention
