The absolute WORST roadside assistance in the business!! They hardly ever answer the phon, they can't seem to find a tow truck ive been calling them for since 6 it's 9:30.Why do I have to call the tow truck company? paid them and still they cant find a tow truck....WHY am I paying Fred Loya for roadside assistance when they cant assist me. The worst insurance company ever, it’s cheap for a reason. I agreed to a 1k deductible and somehow they switched me to a 3500 deductible something that I would have NEVER agreed to so they won’t payout the full value on the totaled car. So now I am stuck with no car and they took forever to send documentation but quickly took the rental car and every time I call their system is always down. I wish that I could give a negative 20 stars.
