Over 8 years with Fred Loya, $25,000 given to them, zero accidents, $500 deductible went to $1,000 for no reason and I couldn't get $500 back years of asking. I called asking if they can help on my cracked windshield from a car driving by kicked up a rock, nope. I've spent too much for nothing here and zero respect.
