Adjuster Eduardo Garcia is the rudest, most condescending and impatient person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He needs to find a new job or get fired immediately because customer service is not for him.
Horrible. Been with them for 6+ years and was hung up on when trying to cancel my policy. Which meant I continued to pay for 2 active policies…never can talk to a manager. Can’t believe the disrespect and utter lack of integrity when it comes to a place like this. Went to Gieco would never recommend this place even on a budget. They use and abuse.
I was a loyal customer for just about 10 years. Every year my price would increase quite a bit. At one point they allowed someone who was not an authorized person so make changes to my account. They didn’t apologize or try to rectify anything. I still stuck with them because before that I didn’t quite have any issues aside from pricing. This last month they said my account closed and I didn’t make a payment. I had a payment pending with plenty of funds.
