Horrible. Been with them for 6+ years and was hung up on when trying to cancel my policy. Which meant I continued to pay for 2 active policies…never can talk to a manager. Can’t believe the disrespect and utter lack of integrity when it comes to a place like this. Went to Gieco would never recommend this place even on a budget. They use and abuse.
I was a loyal customer for just about 10 years. Every year my price would increase quite a bit. At one point they allowed someone who was not an authorized person so make changes to my account. They didn’t apologize or try to rectify anything. I still stuck with them because before that I didn’t quite have any issues aside from pricing. This company our crooks I literally had this plan less than 24 hours and they charge me a $65 cancellation fee even though the lady who told me she didn’t know because she’s never done this before Claudia told me it would be a zero dollar fee. The manager, Ariel at the Denton TX location, is so incredibly rude. She was basically yelling at me and trying to talk over me on the phone.
