Ximenna was quick to assist and knowledgeable. She provided outstanding service. She was patient and kind. Employee of the month status. 🙌
Employees here are not properly trained my payments change and I was not notified so when payments came up, it was a struggle to try to communicate with them. They pretty much told me if I don’t pay the full amount. I’m not gonna have my insurance. My husband and I will definitely be looking to switch to something else.
The San Marcos Location is always close on the Weekends. You need people that are willing to do there jobs on the weekends not just during the week.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Worst customer service and experience I've ever had. Rude, lies, disrespectful, and just a total waste of time.
