Just super expensive
Stay far away from this company. Unhelpful. Confusing. Drag their feet. Departments do not communicate internally. If your car is totaled they will continue charging you on the policy unless you call and let them know that they themselves totaled the vehicle. Waits an ungodly amount of time to provide rental cars even when it’s covered on your policy. Then when they do, it doesn’t cover even the cheapest rental cars on the market. Horrible company, was in a wreck and they have yet to follow up it's been over a month and when I call they redirect me to a number where you have to leave a message and no one returns my call this company is a joke they only sell you insurance policies but when you need help or information they give you a 1-800# where no one is available or wants to do their job....would never recommend this company.
