I called in to make a payment and the gentleman Adolfo was very patient very understanding amazing at his job

Walked in and asked a simple question to double check on something and the worker behind the desk looked at me like I was stupid or he was deaf, after a few seconds of silence he finally answered my question with a rude tone
I swear the new guy Adolfo doesn't know what he is doing. He doesn't have enough information or doesn't research properly. Always seems like we bother him to do his job. When he doesn't want to speak to you, he hangs up on you. ALWAYS says one thing but does another. Didn't even know he got my account frozen. I have had gone back and forth with this guy and still cant get anything done right the 1st time. I would rather deal with the switch board! Omg when is Veronica coming back?!
