Great prices
Asked for an extension on due date so i could wait for direct deposit on payday. Was told yes, no problem we can wait till the 6th. Which is tomorrow. Well they didn't do it and overdrafted my bank account. Will be my last month with them.
Told me I had a $500 deductible because I had a lien holder. Did not tell me that the bank would have to file a claim if I got in a accident. Told me if I file a claim it would be a $2000. Smh bad business practice. It was not explained to me this way when I signed up. Now I have to look for new insurance.
