Horrible horrible horrible customer service, do not get insurance with them, it’s a scam. These people will tell u one thing & do another. I recently paid up my insurance for 6months with them and told them I was NOT renewing the next 6 months because the customer service is trash…..here we are today and these people STILL drafted a pmt from my account AFTER I already signed a paper stating I was not renew the insurance and to not draft my bank account. Great prices
Asked for an extension on due date so i could wait for direct deposit on payday. Was told yes, no problem we can wait till the 6th. Which is tomorrow. Well they didn't do it and overdrafted my bank account. Will be my last month with them.
