ADVICE INSURANCE IS HORRIBNLE Don’t get this insurance it’s terrible took me 5 years to changer insurance.. customer service horrible what made it for me was had a 1 mile per hour accident not even a accident well adjuster said it was my fault closed case with out advicing me or Callimg me I found out 2 months later she closed it and by bill went up … adjuster don’t call you or investigate they lied my adjuster all she said was I forgot to call you .. did a complain with the state and now there calling me back … SIMPLE ADVIC... read more

Waste of time and not only that asking for my bank account and routing number for there “personal files” because it’s policy. I’ve been with Fred Loya for years and been to many different locations and they never have asked me for that info. and I asked them why they need it when I was already gonna put my info electronically through there system.
