Absolutely unprofessional and rude employee (Maria). I don't understand how people like that can hold a job that deals with people. Take some customer service classes and training and don't respond in a tone where it looks like you are basically calling us customers stupid. I have never heard good things about this Insurance as well.
There are multiple people in our policy and the main person in the policy were not contacted when the price went up. We literally updated our numbers and let them know. Now when I call them for simple questions they keep asking me to have the main policy holder to call them back and ask them those questions so basically when it comes to getting important updates about the insurance they forget to contact us or call the wrong person but it comes to getting simple questions answered all of sudden they want act like we are aski... read more
