Congratulations Fred Loya Insurance for earning this zero star review! I understand that insurance as a whole is a detestable business, but it is a necessary one that we are forced to utilize. They just decided to up the policy amount to 80$ a month (was paying 47$ for liability only bc they refuse to sell me full coverage on my Hyundai Sonata) and that was literally like their Happy New Year gift to all their customers. Wouldn't renew my policy after it was canceled due to the date being 2 days bf my payday. Was told that i had to put seats back in my car to have them approve my policy. The vehicle is personal. I was with them for 1.5 with no issue with this. It wasn't a full coverage vehicle. Then i had to submit my electric bill to verify that my address was the correct address. This is partly my fault as i did not just go to my primary office on ave j and challenger and choice this office bc it was closer. Big mistake. I was in that offi... read more

Fred loyal is a scam they always find a way to get more money out of you been with them for about two years the first thing they did was make my monthly payments on the 26 of month which is the end of month i always had to pay a late fee i explained to them that i only get paid once a month they did not care they told me I should try to pay twice in one month, then I had uninsured motors somebody hit my car from behind and it took them 6 months for them to pay me lucky my car was still driveable my insurance due date is on t... read more
