Poor customer service. I walked in to reinstate my policy with them. I have full coverage on my two vehicles and my husband works so therefore I cannot take his car for pictures. I informed the lady at the desk that last time they let me pay my insurance and my husband sent pictures of the car and she rolled her eyes and said no we can’t do that.
