Very Disappointing Experience with this company after accident they did not do a proper investigation and was left without any real support. I would not recommend them. also insurance adjuster are extremely lazy and refuse to do the work they are being paid for.
I had one hail damage claim and one not my fault collision claim. I was told they could only have liability insurance thereafter. Having a not my fault wreck wìth the city of Killeen Water Department fleet insurance. As of June nothing has been addressed related to car replacement.
Here I am trying to get a hold of them about the down payment and it says they’re open on the website but then again nobody answers the phone. What a good way to lose customers straight up.
