If I could leave no stars I would. My payment is due the 27th right and I was told I need to pay the day before cause my policy cancels midnight the day off the payment due date. Why tf is it due the 27th then??? Also was told my policy went up with me being now 25 oh and then was told it went up for everyone and we were sent letters. Funny cause I never ever got a letter telling me it went up just my card for the last month.
