Absolutely horrible experience a person that they insured rear ended me and they didnt want to pay for my rental low balled the cost of repairs ...took a settlement thinking they would take care of everything as the adjuster told me and they just made everything difficult..lesson learned if I ever get rear ended again and they have fred loya im immediately getting a lawyer bc they are full of bs
