I hope Jeilyn's (from Galveston's Fred Loya) employer is very aware of what a valuable employee Jeilyn is. I called before close to renew my policy and she had all of my information pulled up and my options ready to go before I got there. She patiently waited even after close for me to gather and bring all of the information she needed. Which..I might add was not excessive or impossible to come by like with most insurance companies. I must express that, as a business owner, the agent lacked any sort of customer service training based on my own encounter. Upon entering the store with my wife, the agent exhibited a rude demeanor and seemed uninterested in assisting us. I cannot be certain if it was due to my Trump hat or their ethnicity, but throughout the interaction, her tone was very unenthusiastic. My wife was tempted to confront her, but we ultimately decided to leave.
The insurance rep. Rosy really sucked. She was lazy and not helpful. The whole experience was bad.
Can never get anyone in the office, supposed to open at 10, May get someone there by 2 is what the manger said..
