This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I had an extremely stressful week at work preparing for the freeze, and this company somehow managed to make things even harder. First red flag: upon trying to get this insurance the phone number listed on the website didn’t even work. It took way longer than it should have just to get a quote I should’ve know. Then lol. The lady that works inside Walmart was overly rude and blatantly disrespectful to my husband that suffers from terminal cancer. Never will we ever use Fred Loya.
