Worst insurance to have, body shop refused to return my car because Fred Loya had not sent them payment. Rental car reimbursement was pitiful, had to pay for more than half of my rental out of pocket. When I finally cancelled, they said they don’t issue credit card returns but send checks. My payment was 223 dollars a month, canceled two days after the payment was deducted from my account, and they sent me a check for 31 dollars. I wish they had negative stars because one is too good for this company. Absolutely horrible. Nobody wants to help. They just wanna pass you onto the next person when the next person doesn’t exist. it’s been almost a year since their client caused an accident and we have yet to have anything completed.

Worst place to get insurance, go elsewhere. I can't even get a card that says the dates for 6 months, I have to contact them to have them email me a copy and then they send the wrong one. So inconvenient. Usually only one person is working, so you will have to wait. Find another insurance company, save yourself the hassle.

Customer service is sub par at this location. I had just renewed the night before so I’m assuming it’s an older text. I called/text never got a response, the girl said she would call back, never did. I called a different location and they answered my question. This location hasn’t been my favorite, I’ll stick to calling else where.
