Fred loya takes your payment up to 7 days BEFORE your due date if it's late they will cancel your policy or charge late fees!! But what about paying early! Month to month or 6 month policy what's the difference a due date is a due date!! Was ok with there service but will be canceling it!
They don't know how to explain the policies correctly, then they get mad as if they weren't the ones that told you a certain thing. The girls in the front have attitudes & don't know how to handle their emotions. They definitely lack professionalism here.
