I do not even want to retract the experience I had with the manager of this establishment..Joanna. Very very unprofessional and rude, as a salesman I will no longer be referring this place for insurance policies due to the disrespect my client was facing. I asked for a ID card for proof of insurance and instead of getting provided with one I was provided with a rude comment. I really hope she gets to have more sympathy with future clients and help them… instead of being rude and insulting.
The sales lady was rude and very inpatient and not willing to give information on my account when I asked her questions about my insurance prices.
