Disgraceful.. is the word for this place. My mom had called them about a week ago to inform them that the insurance will need to be cancelled. They never called my mom back. However, they called my father’s phone number twice (who passed away). My mom called them through his phone number to inform them of the information and they had the audacity to say, “How about you keep it open for one more month!” Like what is wrong with these people.
