I came in to cancel my policy on the 15th of October. Left a note for the manager with Jameila because she said a manager had to be in for cancellations and she would make sure she did it by the end of the day. Then I start receiving messages stating my draft will be in a couple of days so I go back in office and speak to Jameila again because the policy should have been cancelled, and once again I am told the manager is not in and that she will contact me later. Lying corporate offices that don’t reply if they owe on a car they agreed to pay off then only send partial payment after their insured drunk driver hit my wires car
I was rear-ended in July by a driver insured with Fred Loya, and it’s now mid October — I’m still waiting for reimbursement for my rental car expenses. I’ve had to pay nearly $3,000 out of pocket. Throughout this entire process, nobody at this company has followed up, returned my calls, or responded to emails about the reimbursement checks. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
