I got hung up on 3 time called back lexy was rude. Sry but she needs to be fired.
No phone etiquette whatsoever if your going to put someone on hold and your aware it’s going to be 10 minutes just say that I can’t stand the employees at these Fred Loyas in Corpus here and there their will be some good workers but most of the time no one is available to actually take calls when they open at 9 they got you on hold for a long time might as well drive to the location and deal with them in person
